For some of our ramen, we have updated the green onion topping to a more aromatic and accessible variety, allowing us to stay closer to traditional Japanese flavors.

Our currently popular matcha has also been upgraded to a higher-quality, more fragrant matcha, enhancing both aroma and taste.
