We’re excited to share that our ramen menu has been refreshed as of April 21.

At Neko Ramen, we are always looking for ways to improve while staying true to what we believe in—simple, honest ramen made with care. This update brings a few new flavors, refinements to our existing bowls, and an even better balance across the menu.

Our signature homemade miso, carefully prepared and aged over time, continues to be at the heart of our ramen. Alongside it, our noodles are still made fresh daily, and our chashu and gyoza are prepared in-house—just as they’ve always been.

What’s new is a subtle shift:
a cleaner, more refined flavor profile, and a menu that we hope feels both comforting and a little more exciting.
